环县隶属甘肃省庆阳市，地处陕甘宁三省交界，特殊的地理位置和深厚的文化底蕴，孕育诞生了“环县道情皮影”这一民族民间艺术。环县道情皮影是“道情”与皮影相结合的产物，已有千年历史。其价值主要体现在优美独特的道情音乐唱腔和精湛的皮影制作及表演上。现馆藏及民间流存的数千件清代皮影原件，构思奇妙、雕刻细腻逼真，有极高的艺术和研究价值。

乐清市位于浙江省东南部沿海，乐清细纹刻纸是当地流传的一项绝艺。乐清细纹刻纸刀法精妙入微，挺拔有力，图案细如发丝，工而不腻，纤而不繁，表现力十分丰富。细纹刻纸的工艺使各种民间图案纹样都能在几厘米见方的纸上得到细致而丰富的表现，这使乐清细纹刻纸获得了“中国剪纸的南宗代表”之称。

山东省临沂市市级非物质文化遗产代表性项目
沂蒙剪纸
沂蒙剪纸历史悠久，是一项古老的手工技艺，新时代沂蒙剪纸具有鲜明时代特征。在唐代，已有剪纸迎春的风俗。立春之日，民间剪纸为花，又剪为春蝶、春钱。明清时，沂蒙剪纸增强了装饰性，如年节图案、门前花饰、灯彩花等。民间剪纸艺人凭着一把剪刀、几张宣纸，百般变化，寓意多端，剪出象征吉祥、如意、福寿、财喜等等花样来。

嘎百福，为苗语音译，是嘎百福歌的简称，意为“成串的圈套歌”，是贵州黔东南地区苗族人民用苗语说唱的最具代表性的曲艺形式。嘎百福以说、唱为主要艺术表现手段。嘎百福的曲目内容均为本民族世代传唱的故事，蕴含长久历史发展中婚姻关系、社会制度、阶级矛盾等众多信息，体现了苗族人民褒扬真善美、鞭挞假丑恶的审美取向，是传统美德教育的重要途径，具有教育功能和社会价值。

祖先的智慧、生活的哲理、美德的训诫。

恩施摆手舞
摆手舞土家语称为“舍巴”、“舍巴格痴”，意为敬神跳。恩施摆手舞是湖北省恩施地区土家族居住区普遍盛行的一种民众文化活动。摆手舞以狩猎、农事、军事和社会生活为主要表现内容，表演中歌、乐、舞浑然一体，间有锣鼓伴奏和摆手歌穿唱。摆手舞是土家人世代传承的精神财富，在鄂湘渝黔边区民众中影响很大，具有祭祀、娱乐、教育、交际等多方面的社会功能。
