众多肉里，羊肉香嫩可口，是做菜佳选！你真的知道羊肉怎么吃吗？
按照“营养高，口感好”的标准挑选出羊身上建议吃吃的4个部位：羊上脑、羊里脊、羊颈肉、羊胸肉。
按照“高脂，高热量，高胆固醇，但确实好吃”的标准挑选出羊身上建议少吃的4个部位：羊肋排、羊肩肉、羊尾油、羊杂（以羊肺为例）。
含有病变淋巴结、甲状腺、肾上腺的羊肉，因为含有病变组织或者内分泌腺，对健康有威胁千万不要食用。当然也不用过于担心，只要在正规商超买肉，一般买不到这些肉。

1.正规商超购买大品牌羊肉制品。
2.看纹理。红白纹理相间太分明大概率是假。
3.看粘连。肥瘦肉各占一边，互相分离，手撕无粘连大概率是假。
