在城市发展进程中，无障碍环境建设，是衡量社会文明程度的重要标尺， 接下来我们跟随北京市残联聘请的专业无障碍监督员徐燕春体验无障碍设施的建设情况。
徐燕春，是北京市残联聘请的一名专业无障碍监督员，前不久，她来到北京市朝阳区残疾人职业康复中心，查看辅具相关情况。

徐燕春曾因疾病造成脊髓损伤，导致下肢瘫痪，“牢笼”式的病痛，让徐燕春对生活一度感到无望。随着无障碍环境建设越来越完善，她的生活开始发生了变化。

参加工作后，徐燕春一直致力于无障碍事业，2020年她被聘为北京冬奥会和冬残奥会无障碍体验员，积极参与到北京无障碍建设专项行动中。
采访当天，记者跟随徐燕春来到一家营业厅，体验这里的无障碍设施建设情况。一到大门口，无障碍坡道的蓝色标识就格外显眼，轮椅使用者通过坡道可以轻松进入营业厅。

徐燕春告诉记者，轮椅前方的两个转向轮一般比较小，在使用过程中，如果遇到有高低差的路面，很可能会发生危险。
当天，记者和徐燕春又来到了朝阳区的兴隆公园，对这里的无障碍设施进行检查。

徐燕春说，她从无障碍环境建设的需求者，到如今的参与者、推动者，从以前大部分时间在家，到现在每天都要出行。这种转变其实也体现了无障碍环境建设不断完善。

解树旺，是北京市朝阳区残联组联部负责人，18年前，他从部队转业来到残联工作，一次次的基层探访，让他深有感触。

据了解，自2025年以来，北京市朝阳区的43个街乡全面推动无障碍环境建设，共整改完善1万7千多个点位，确保群众无碍出行。
有爱无“碍”，一起向未来，楼宇前有没有无障碍坡道，办事大厅有没有低位服务台，业务办理中有没有无障碍交流系统等等，这些都是朝阳残联需要重点考虑的工作。

2023年9月1日，《中华人民共和国无障碍环境建设法》正式实施，这是我国首次就无障碍环境建设制定专门性法律。
