为进一步向全社会科学普及毒品特别是涉麻精药品等成瘾性物质滥用危害知识，不断增强人民群众特别是青少年禁毒意识和自觉抵制毒品能力，今年3至6月，国家禁毒办联合中国禁毒基金会在全国开展禁毒宣传短视频和公益海报征集活动，该活动系今年全民禁毒宣传月系列活动之一。经省级征集、全国评审，其中29个短视频和25个公益海报作品进入展播环节。
此次征集活动以“防范青少年药物滥用”为主题，运用“动态影像+静态海报”两种载体，从不同维度揭露毒品危害，得到了社会各界的广泛参与。这些作品中，既有扣人心弦的微电影，又有创意十足的动画图文；既有对比强烈的象征手法，又有构思巧妙的画面呈现；既有科学严谨的毒品危害阐释，又有诙谐幽默的禁毒科普……这一部部短视频、一幅幅海报不仅是艺术的呈现，更是对青少年健康的有力守护。
