怀柔区怀北镇石门山一男子涉水被困，怀柔分局怀北派出所民警与雁栖消防组成救援小组，共同赶赴现场。从接警到营救，中间穿越湍急的河水，走过泥泞的山路，历时3个小时，男子被成功转移，平安脱困。
险情就是命令，怀柔分局泉河派出所、琉璃庙派出所民警闻令而动，徒步近40公里前往琉璃庙镇崎峰茶村开展救援工作。期间，他们需要经过一处河流，湍急的水流并没有阻止他们前进，而是拉着绳索继续前行，因为河对岸，群众在等着他们！
密云分局交通支队民警，挽起裤腿，徒步从河水漫过的桥上经过，去河对岸疏导交通，并提醒车辆不要经过，画面中，可以看到他走向群众。此时，还有许多北京警察和他一样，在去往群众需要的地方，执着奔赴！

怀柔分局反特巡支队特警中队警长于斌，在雨中转移安洲坝村村民。天黑路滑，老人腿脚也不利索，为保障老人及时脱困，于斌将老人背在后背，弯着腰一步一步走向安全区域，只要群众需要，他们将尽全力肩负一切。

平谷分局金海湖派出所所长张继平与民警和乡镇干部一道，前往靠山集村养老院，因考虑到老人年龄较大行动不便，便利用挖掘机在保障安全的前提下，将老人转移到安全区域。

怀柔分局泉河派出所副所长杨思带队奔赴琉璃庙进行抢险救灾工作，民警耿浩铜和消防、医护人员齐力并肩，赶在暴雨来临之前，将一名瘫痪老人转移至安全地带。

东城分局建国门派出所大雅宝社区民警宋冬生，在雨中巡逻时，发现辖区居住的李大妈买菜回来，因未拿雨伞，民警宋冬生立即上前，一只手为老人撑起了雨伞，一只手搀扶着老人，一路护送李大妈安全返回家中。
石景山分局新古城派出所民警李晟旭和于瀛，在古城小街冒雨巡逻时，遇到树木横断在路边，为保障过往车辆行人安全，二人合力用双手将断枝搬移，清除道路障碍。

密云分局大师屯派出所民警张茂，在京承高速太师屯路段塌方处指挥疏导道路交通，与路政工作人员一起用双手清理散落在路上的碎石，确保交通尽快恢复。

延庆分局河口站派出所民警鲁铮驾驶警车巡逻至003县道时，发现路上有滚落的碎石，便迅速下车，和同事一起徒手将横在路上的碎石移至路边，以防来往车辆发生碰撞危险。
