记者来到位列榜首的来菜·湖北头牌藕汤，准备一探究竟。不到11点，店门口就排满了等位的顾客。正在排队的李女生告诉记者：“我住在附近，之前就想带家人来尝尝鲜。今天10点半先在线上取了个号，收拾完过来，差不多也就到了用餐点，不用等太久。”

记者在现场看到，招牌菜铫子筒骨煨藕汤是每桌必备，老少咸宜。工作人员介绍道：“这道菜是每天现煨，煨足3.5小时，从备料到成汤，每份藕汤历经9大工序，为了保证新鲜程度，每天限量500份。”

不仅如此，以洪湖藕为原料的各式菜品都备受青睐。三镇干煸藕丝、鸡汤珍珠藕圆、沔阳藕香粉蒸肉、泡藕带炒橘林鸡等都是很多食客的必点菜品。“超级好吃，尤其是这个藕丝，上面裹了一层芝麻，特别脆香，搭配上芹菜，口感上也比较清爽，麻麻辣辣的，家里带老人小朋友的还可以做免辣。”正在品尝三镇干煸藕丝的郝先生说道。

下午2点，记者在胖妹面庄看到，有很多顾客正在用餐。工作人员介绍道：“店里的招牌是胖妹豌杂面，点狼牙土豆的顾客也比较多。”“豌杂面味道很正，牛肉牛筋软烂有肉香，味道很棒！”网友“椰汁好喝”说道。

作为海淀首店，和来菜、胖妹面庄同样受欢迎的，还有王繁星面馆、兰湘子。王繁星面馆是一家以上海本帮面为特色的面馆，虾仁牛肉板面、小炒牛肉鸡杂拌面、虾仁鸡丁拌面等，都是招牌推荐面。兰湘子主打湘菜小炒，招牌辣椒炒肉、小炒黄牛肉、香煎脆皮鲈鱼、湘西辣子鸡等都是顾客点得比较多的菜品。
